What this is and what it isn’t
Rebionex does not diagnose, treat or cure anything. If something comes up that belongs with your doctor, we’ll tell you.
Functional nutrition support is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease or condition. It does not replace the advice, treatment or diagnosis of a medical professional.
The practitioner does not make medical diagnoses or medical claims, and does not replace care from your own doctor. Her role is to support you and help you stay on track. You make your own decisions about your care.
What we do
We don’t diagnose: we listen to you, look with you for indicators in what you tell us and in how you wake up, and teach you to read them. Nothing on this page commits you to anything.
Results
No result is promised. No one can know in advance how your body will respond.
Terms
Today you can sign up for 90 days of one-on-one functional nutrition support, for women who live in the United States. It isn’t medical treatment.
What you sign up for
90 days of one-on-one support, by video call, with follow-up sessions. We look at your symptoms, what you eat, how you sleep and your stress together, and work on one change at a time.
Price and payment
We’ll tell you the price during the no-cost conversation, before you decide anything, and it won’t change after that.
Before you start, you’ll get in writing the price, how to pay, and what happens if you decide to stop partway through.
We charge in US dollars. One-on-one support is for women who live in the United States. You can pay in installments if you need to; the date of each payment is set in writing before you start.
When it starts: support starts in January 2027. If you decide to continue before then, you save your spot without paying anything; the first payment is in January.
Lab tests are requested through Rebionex, which facilitates the order, and paid separately from the support. Before ordering them, we tell you which ones, based on your case and where you live, and what they cost. You decide. The results come to Rebionex, and we go over them with you.
Our support guarantee
If, at the end of the 90 days of one-on-one support, you don’t notice any change, you can ask for 90 more days, at no extra cost, if you met these three conditions. You ask for it at your last session.
- coming to your sessions, or giving at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule them;
- trying the changes we agreed on with you;
- telling us how things went between sessions.
This is not a guarantee of any health result. No one can know how your body will respond. It’s a commitment not to leave you on your own halfway through. Lab tests, if needed, are still paid separately.
The first conversation
It’s free. First you answer a few short questions on the website (“Tell us about you”). Then we message you on WhatsApp to schedule a video call with Marisol: she tells you how she would work with you, what it costs and whether it’s a fit. If we see it isn’t right for you, we tell you and that’s it, at no cost.
The personal analysis
What it is: if you tell us your case in the mailbox and give us permission, we send a written analysis to your email: what may be going on and why, one or two adjustments you can try, and when it’s worth seeing a doctor. It’s free.
The rules: one per person and up to 5 a week, first come, first served; if there’s no room left that week, we tell you and you can come back the next. We answer from hola@rebionex.com within 7 days.
What it isn’t: it’s general information. It doesn’t diagnose, doesn’t prescribe medication or supplement doses, and doesn’t replace your doctor. If what you tell us sounds urgent, we don’t analyze it: we tell you to see a doctor right away. If your case needs more, we tell you and offer you the one-to-one session, with no commitment.
Who can sign up
Adults only. We do not work with minors.
It’s also not for you if you’ve just been diagnosed and are deciding on next steps with your doctor: that comes first.
If you can’t make a session
Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll move it to another day, no problem.
Changes to these terms
If they change, the date at the top changes too. Anything we agreed on before a change still stands.
Privacy
What you tell us is used to support you. It’s never sold. It’s only shared with the lab that processes your tests, if you do them.
Who looks after your data
Rebionex. For anything about your data, write to us at hola@rebionex.com.
What we collect
- What you answer in “Tell us about you”, the form on the website: your name, your WhatsApp, the state where you live, how you feel and since when, whether you have a diagnosis or a treatment, what you’d like to get back and which language you’d like us to use.
- What you write on Telegram when you contact us. The first step is handled by an automated virtual assistant, with no artificial intelligence: it asks your name, which country you’re writing from, a few questions based on the page you came from, and how you found us, and passes it on to the Rebionex team. If you join a list, it notes which one.
- Your name and email, if you don’t use Telegram and leave them in the form, along with the country you’re connecting from and the page you came from.
- Which of our posts you came from, if you arrived through one of our links that shows it (for example, the one on a reel) and you write to us from that same page. It’s kept with your contact, so we know which posts bring the people who actually write to us.
- Your answers to a group’s form, if you were in one of the groups we’ve closed: how you’re doing, from 0 to 5, what time of day you crash, and one sentence in your own words, before you start, on day 5 and on day 10, with your name and your Telegram username. They’re used to show you your comparison at the end. They’re kept on our server and deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
- Your email, if you give it to us on Telegram: it’s optional and only for your things, like reminders, how to pay, or in case Telegram ever fails.
- Your email, if you sign up for the weekly email (in the box on the site or by saying yes on Telegram), where you signed up, which language you want it in and the approximate country you connect from, so we know what helped. Nothing else: not your name, not your phone.
- What you write in the message box after signing up on the email page, or in the one that opens from the link in each weekly email, if you want: your approximate age, what you’ve already tried, what you’re looking for, and anything you choose to write about what’s happening to you, what used to work for you and what you’d like to understand. It may touch on your health; that’s why it’s kept without your email, without the time or the post you came from, and anything that looks like an email address or phone number is hidden. We don’t ask for your name or medical details.
- If you ask for the personal analysis: what you wrote, together with your email, only with your express permission, because it may touch on your health. We get a notice in our Telegram with your case so we can answer you. We don’t give it to anyone and it doesn’t go to MailerLite. It’s deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you unsubscribe or ask us to.
- What you reply to one of our emails: we read it to answer you. If we choose your question for the week, a general version, with nothing that says who you are, may appear in everyone’s email. It’s deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
- What you tell us in sessions, your answers to questionnaires, and your test results, if any.
This website doesn’t ask you for any data, except your name and email if you don’t use Telegram and choose to leave them, and your email if you sign up for the weekly email, along with anything you choose to write in the message box. Nothing follows you from page to page. What does exist:
- The service that hosts the page, Cloudflare, records technical data from each visit, such as your IP address and browser, so the page works and is protected from attacks.
- A counter of clicks on the buttons to message us, and of how many times the “Tell us about you” form is opened and finished, with the button it was opened from. Each time, one is added to a number. Nothing of yours is saved: not your internet address, not who you are.
- Cloudflare tells us roughly which country you’re visiting from. We use it to show you the page in your language, to let you know if we don’t work in your country yet, and, if you tap a button to write to us, it’s added to that country’s count. Nothing that identifies you is stored.
- A visit counter, also from Cloudflare, which tells us how many people visit, from which country and on what device. It uses no cookies and doesn’t tell us who you are: only totals.
- How the page is read: how far down you get, how long you keep it open, how long it takes to load and whether it shifts while loading; whether you’re on a phone, a tablet or a computer; where you came from (for example Instagram, Google, an AI assistant like ChatGPT or a direct link, never the exact address) and, if the link includes it, which of our posts brought you. It’s added to totals per page and per day, with no cookies and nothing that says who you are. We use it to find the part of the page that isn’t working and which posts bring people in.
- If something fails on the site, like a page that doesn’t exist or a server error, we count the address that failed, with nothing about you, so we can fix it.
What for
To support you. If you fill out “Tell us about you”, to message you on WhatsApp and schedule your conversation. If you give us your email on Telegram, to write to you about your things: reminders, how to pay, and whatever is needed if Telegram fails. If you sign up for the weekly email, to write to you once a week and, every now and then, tell you what working with us is like; you can unsubscribe with one click in any email. What you write in the message box, to know what to write in our emails and posts, and to answer some questions in the weekly email, always with nothing that says who you are. If you ask for the personal analysis, what you wrote and your email, to answer it. Nothing else.
Your permission, before we start
What you tell us about your health is sensitive information, and the law protects it more than anything else. That’s why, before you send “Tell us about you”, you check a box so we use it only to reply to you on WhatsApp, and before your first session we ask you in writing for your permission to use what you tell us to support you, as this page says. Without that yes, we don’t start. And you can withdraw it whenever you want.
Who it’s shared with
Only with the lab that processes your tests, and only what’s needed to run them. If you fill out “Tell us about you”, an automated assistant that runs on Cloudflare, the same provider where your data is stored, reads your answers and flags whether the support seems like a fit, whether something is missing or whether something needs a careful look; we review it ourselves before we reply. And your email, if you sign up for the weekly email, with MailerLite, the company that sends those emails for us; it uses it only for that. If you ask for the personal analysis, we write the answer ourselves from our email, which runs on Gmail (Google), and it goes out through Resend, the company that sends that email for us: both see your email and what we write you, and use them only for that. What you write in the message box isn’t given to anyone, not even MailerLite. When someone signs up, we get a notice on our Telegram with their email partly hidden. Emails about your things (reminders, how to pay) are sent by Resend, which only receives your email and the message. With no one else: it isn’t sold, shared, or used for advertising.
What you can ask for at any time
- A copy of what we have about you.
- A correction, if something is wrong.
- Deletion. You ask, and it’s deleted.
- Objecting to a use, for example to our using what you wrote for our content.
Just ask on the same Telegram or write to hola@rebionex.com.
In your message, tell us what you’re asking for and about which data, and write from the same email or Telegram account you used with us, so we know it’s you; if needed, we’ll ask for something else to confirm it. Withdrawing your permission works the same way. We answer within 20 business days and, if it applies, we do it within the following 15 business days. It’s free. If we don’t answer or you disagree, you can file a complaint with your state’s privacy authority; in California, the California Privacy Protection Agency.
If this notice changes
We publish it here with its new date and, if the change affects what we do with your data, we tell you beforehand wherever you know us from: Telegram or email. If it’s to use your data for something new, we ask for your permission again.
If anyone got into your data
If anyone ever got into your data without permission, we’ll tell you as soon as we know: what happened and what you can do.
Your sensitive data
Which of your data is sensitive: what you tell us about your health, in “Tell us about you”, on Telegram, in the group forms and when you ask for the personalized analysis. Your name, your WhatsApp, your email, your Telegram username, your country or state and the page you came from are personal data, but not sensitive.
One thing you should know
The messages you send us travel through WhatsApp or Telegram, which belong to other companies and have their own rules about data. That isn’t up to us. If you leave us your email, we reply by email, which also belongs to another company.
Where it’s kept and for how long
In a private Telegram group and on our server (Cloudflare), which only the two of us can access. If you don’t start working with us, what you shared is deleted after 12 months. If you do, your record is kept while we work with you and for up to one year after our last contact. If you want it deleted sooner, just ask and it’s deleted.
If you fill out “Tell us about you”, on our server we keep only your name, your WhatsApp, the state where you live, your language, where you came from and what the assistant flagged, for 12 months. What you tell us about your health isn’t stored on the server: it only travels in the notice to our private Telegram group, so we can reply to you.
If you start the conversation with the assistant and don’t finish it, we keep only your Telegram name and username, which page you came from and where you stopped, for 90 days, so we can write to you. What you shared isn’t used for anything else, and you can ask for it to be deleted.
If you don’t use Telegram and leave us your name and email in the form, we keep them along with the country you’re connecting from and the page you came from, only to write to you. They’re deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
Your weekly-email address is kept while you stay signed up. If you unsubscribe, we stop writing to you and delete your email from our list; if you want it done right away, write to us. What you wrote in the message box isn’t linked to your email and is deleted automatically after 12 months. The weekly email and the message box are for people 18 and over; if we learn that a minor signed up, we delete it.
An automatic assistant helps us prepare our work. It runs on Cloudflare, the same provider where your data is already stored: it sums up what you shared in one line, suggests draft messages and, once you’ve finished the questions, alerts our team if a message of yours seems urgent, a complaint, that you want to stop, or a payment question; that alert is kept for 7 days at most. If you ask how the offer works, the assistant may answer you; it always introduces itself as AI and only uses answers our team approved. Anything about your health is always read by a person. A person on our team reads and edits the drafts before sending them to you, and the assistant never answers about your health. The summary is kept for 30 days at most and is deleted along with your data. We don’t use it to train any artificial intelligence.
Cookies
This page uses one cookie of its own, and a second one only if you come in with a friends-and-family link. None for advertising and none from third parties.
It’s called “rbx” and our own server, on Cloudflare, sets it. It stores a random number that doesn’t say who you are, how many times you’ve visited, and the date of your last visit. It tells us whether a visit is new or returning, and how many visits it takes before someone writes to us. It lasts 13 months, it isn’t shared with anyone, and no script on the page can read it.
There are no advertising pixels, no social media buttons, and the fonts are on our own server. Nothing is loaded from outside.
The first time you visit, you see a short notice at the top. If you don’t want it, decline it here: we stop setting it and stop counting you. You can also delete it from your browser.
The second one only appears if you open a friends-and-family link while the site is closed. It’s called “rbx_pase” and it stores that link’s key so you can come in for 60 days. It doesn’t say who you are and no script on the page can read it. If you don’t want it, don’t open the link, or delete it from your browser.
If we ever add another cookie, we’ll say so here and ask you first.
